I love you,
Though it’s not meant to be.
You know,
But sweetheart do you see?
I’ve tried,
But letting you go isn’t easy.
You’ve seen,
And it’s making you uneasy.
I’m unsure,
And it’s killing me on the inside.
You’re pretending,
But I know you’re trying to decide.
I understand,
Because I know she loves you too.
You care,
But you don’t know what to do.
I’m jealous,
Because I believe you deserve more.
You wonder,
Because it’s different than before.
I’m sorry,
Because I can’t just walk away.
You’re curious,
Because you don’t know your own way.
